And yet inside, something feels unsettled — anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted.

Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to brace yourself.



MY APPROACH

My work is rooted in person-centred therapy, which means you are at the heart of everything we do. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and be met with respect and genuine care.

Alongside this, I bring a psychodynamic and attachment-informed lens. Together, we may gently explore how early relationships and past experiences have shaped the way you relate to others — and to yourself. Often, the patterns that once protected us begin to limit us. Understanding them creates choice.

I also integrate somatic, body-based awareness into our work. Trauma and stress don’t just live in thoughts; they live in the nervous system. At times, we may use grounding techniques or simple body awareness practices to help you feel more regulated and present.

Everything we do is trauma-informed. That means:
• We move at a pace that feels safe.
• You remain in control of what we explore.
• We prioritise stabilisation and nervous system safety before deeper processing.

There is no forcing. No pushing. Just steady, compassionate work.

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am committed to offering ethical, confidential, and relational therapy grounded in compassion and integrity.

 

My background is in addiction, working for over 5 years in rehabilitation centres/detox units dealing with complex issues, severe mental health and childhood trauma. 

I believe healing happens in safe relationships. Therapy can be one of those relationships. I myself have witnessed how much the therapeutic relationship can impact your healing journey, I'm coming from a relational place, i have sat where you are, that is what fuels me- how therapy and connection can turn and change you.
